Why We Do What We Do

At Wells Trust Farm, we believe food security starts with knowing your farmer. Our mission is to provide families with beef they can trust, raised by people who care, without the WTF moments at the grocery store. We're committed to transparency in our practices, maintaining the highest quality standards, and preserving farming traditions while creating new opportunities for families to connect with their food source.

Meet AJ & Stephanie Wells

At the heart of Wells Trust Farm are AJ and Stephanie Wells, fifth-generation agricultural stewards bringing together dual legacies of farming and ranching. Their story began in 2020 when they reunited at Stephanie's brother's birthday celebration—a rancher's daughter and a farm boy finding common ground in their shared values. Today, they combine AJ's expertise in cattle management with Stephanie's lifelong ranching experience to provide families with premium Black Angus beef they can trust. Their passion for transparency, quality, and food security drives everything they do—from personally overseeing their cattle's clean feed program to ensuring each cut meets their exacting standards. For AJ and Stephanie, Wells Trust Farm isn't just a business; it's a continuation of generations of agricultural tradition and a commitment to giving families an alternative to the uncertainty of conventional meat sources.
